Realtor Incentive Program

RealtorPerk is a site where real estate agents can submit home warranty orders to receive incentives. The ages of the realtors trended to 40-60 year olds, surprisingly. To inform this design, I interviewed and conducted moderated usability testing to identify strengths and weaknesses within the proposed system.
During testing, I discovered that our users didn't understand the use of the horizontal kabob menu, but were able to quickly identify a MENU button to access the menu items. This allowed users to view further details and edit as necessary.

A key feature stakeholders wanted to add was an ability to quickly create and send a quote to prospective homeowners. I designed and prototyped this flow for testing. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
